Decatur is leading the way for Farm to School Programs in Georgia. Started in 2009, Decatur was the first school system in Georgia to adopt the farm to table program in its schools. Together with Wylde Center, Decatur Schools are teaching students “the four Cs” – cafeteria, classroom, culinary and community.
