2015 Sprinkler Inspection for EDS Tenants!

The following properties are due for an annual sprinkler inspection:

• East Decatur Station including 111, 114 & 115 New Street, 619 & 627 East College Avenue Suites
• 743 East College Avenue
• 141 Sams Street
• 185 Sams Street
• 189-A & B Sams Street
• 533- Suite F West Howard Avenue

Atlanta Sprinkler Inspection Company is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2015 beginning around 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., and completing all addresses in one day.

Please let me know if you will NOT be available to let the inspector into your suite to check all sprinkler heads.  I can have a key ready ahead of time if needed, to let him inside, but I must be alerted to any specific security alarm instructions for your suite prior to that morning.  Not all alarms are the same, so a precise description of yours helps avoid accidental tripping of any alarm.
