EDS Tenant Orientation

The tenant orientation will be at the leasing office (111-C New St). It will be a brief meeting to discuss our tenant packet that has information on the properties, trash/recycling, leasing office contact info, etc. This is also a great opportunity to ask us questions and meet our staff. We will also be providing you with a recycling bin to use in your space.

This is a requirement for all new tenants and existing tenants that have recently renewed their lease. Please let me know if you will be unable to attend Tuesday. Tenant Orientations are held every two months. If you can’t make it this month you can join us in September.
