Steinbeck’s Chili Cook Off

Drop by Steinbeck’s for some serious chili cooked on site and enjoy live music in Oakhurst. Contestants must sign up at Steinbeck’s and pay a $10 entry fee (used for prize money) before cooking begins at 9 a.m.

Meat must be cooked on site after inspection, but other prep can occur beforehand.

Contestants must provide all cooking equipment with coolers/ice necessary to maintain food safety.
